Real and Muff at Navy Pier Collectible show June 2001

Real Musgrave is the creator of The Whimsical World of Pocket Dragons,and together with his wife, partner and creative muse, Muff, they inhabit an enchanted world (known as Brae Edenhall ) that inspires these little green creatures and their friends. An artist by birth, Real has been drawing all of his life, and re-creating his unique perception of the world through his imaginative vision. His first dragons appeared when he was only five years old, and his fascination with these most mystical and magical creatures brought him through High School, University and into his career as a professional artist.Real's studio began in 1974, and it was at this time that Real produced a drawing entitled 'Pocket Dragon' and he started to fully develop these little creatures. To this day from their contemporary enchanted castle in Texas,Real and Muff continue to create a world of gentle humour that is their very own. In 1989 Real created his first sculpted Pocket Dragons for Collectible World Studios, and thus 'The Whimsical World of Pocket Dragons' was born.

1998, saw the premiere of an animated series featuring the Pocket Dragons, entitled 'Pocket Dragon Adventures' TM. The TV series was produced by the BKN Network, and will be shown in over 60 countries.
